Bree Lewis-Pritchard brings over 15 years of expertise in client success, software implementation, and wellness program management to her role as Implementation Specialist at Welby Health. Her career spans high-impact roles in healthcare and hospitality, where she’s consistently delivered exceptional client experiences through strategic coordination and relationship management.

Before joining Welby Health, Bree served as Account Relationship & Training Coordinator at Sharp Healthcare, where she led client onboarding, guided software transitions, and coordinated enterprise-level healthcare initiatives. Prior to that, she spent a decade with NextGen Healthcare as Account Manager, Implementation & Training, supporting healthcare organizations in adopting and optimizing technology solutions. Her foundation in service excellence began at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, where she managed spa operations and team development, helping earn recognition from Condé Nast Traveler.

Blending her background in healthcare and wellness, Bree is known for creating structured, supportive onboarding experiences that empower clients to thrive. She holds certifications as a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Medical Assistant, and is skilled in workflow optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic communication.
